About
Active Wise Health Care was founded in 2011 to provide exceptional care for older Australian residents. We provide one-on-one physiotherapy and occupational therapy services to clients that may be still living at home, in a retirement village, or already residing in a residential aged care facility.
We also provide a comprehensive physiotherapy service directly to Aged Care facilities to assist them meet accreditation standards, as well as providing quality care to the residents. We are a dedicated team of experienced professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of our older population.
